At Hys Yoga, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

  • Used yoga mats

  • Worn grip socks or apparel

  • Gift cards or digital downloads

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or replacement for a defective item, please contact us before sending your product back.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right at no additional cost.
